




**Contracts Coordinator (3\-Year Duration)** **Location:** **Qatar** **Internal Auditing Experience Required** **Arabic Speaker Preferred** **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Contracts Coordinator** to support contract management activities, including handling RFQs/RFPs, service orders, and ensuring confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have strong procurement/contract experience and excellent communication skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the main contact for potential bidders during RFQ/RFP, selection, and negotiation stages. * Coordinate the floating, evaluation, and issuance of Service Orders. * Perform additional duties as assigned by management. * Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field. **Experience** * Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or contract management. * Strong knowledge of contract procedures and compliance. * Internal auditing experience is required. **Skills** * Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with various stakeholders. * Good time management and organizational skills.
