Must be available to join immediately with a valid QID.** The role involves coordinating order processing, inventory tracking, shipment management, vendor communication, and ensuring timely delivery of products/services while maintaining operational accuracy. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and monitor daily fulfilment activities from order receipt to delivery. * Ensure accurate processing of customer orders and maintain fulfilment records. * Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement teams. * Liaise with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. * Monitor shipment status and proactively address delays or fulfilment issues. * Maintain fulfilment dashboards, reports, and documentation. * Support invoice verification, order reconciliation, and record management. **Required Qualifications** * 1–3 years of experience in fulfilment, operations coordination, logistics, customer support, or related functions. * Good communication and organizational skills.
