




**Key Responsibilities:** · Plan and execute automotive events including vehicle launches, test drive events, exhibitions, and mall/showroom activations · Coordinate closely with the Marketing Manager to align events with marketing and sales campaigns · Work with the Procurement Department to source vendors, manage quotations, and secure approvals · Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, and vehicle arrangements · Coordinate with other departments, vendors, venues, and internal teams for branding, staging, and AV requirements · Oversee on\-site setup, event operations, and dismantling · Ensure all branding, displays, and vehicles are presented according to automotive brand guidelines · Prepare post\-event reports, including footfall, leads generated, and overall performance **Requirements:** · Experience as an Event Coordinator, preferably in the automotive or retail industry · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities · Excellent command of English \& Arabic (spoken and written) · Good communication and coordination skills · Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours, including weekends and event days Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR5\.00 \- QAR8\.00 per month
