




**Technical Coordinator – Facility Management**: **Position Title:** Technical Coordinator – Facility Management **Location:** \[ Doha] **Availability:** Immediate Joiner\- with NOC Available **Driving License:** Mandatory **Role Summary:** We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical Coordinator to support facility management operations. The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and communication skills to ensure efficient coordination of maintenance and fit\-out projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repair, and fit\-out activities. * Prepare and review technical quotations, proposals, and cost estimates. * Identify problems, analyze technical issues, and propose effective solutions and recommendations. * Support project planning, resource allocation, and vendor coordination. * Ensure timely follow\-up and closure of service requests and client requirements. * Maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards using advanced Excel skills. * Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and deliverables. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. * Minimum \[4] years’ experience in facility management or maintenance coordination. * Strong technical understanding of building systems (MEP, civil, etc.). * Proven experience in quotation preparation, proposal writing, and cost analysis. * Excellent MS Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, reports). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; active listener with attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Valid Qatar driving license required.
