Job Summary The Textile Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily textile operations, ensuring smooth coordination between production, sourcing, quality control, and design teams. This role ensures that fabric development, dyeing processes, and production timelines meet company standards and client requirements. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate textile production schedules from fabric sourcing to final output * Liaise with suppliers, dye houses, and manufacturing units to ensure timely delivery of materials * Monitor fabric quality, including denim weight, color consistency, shrinkage, and durability * Assist in developing new denim shades, washes, and finishes in collaboration with the design team * Maintain accurate records of fabric inventory, production batches, and technical specifications * Ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations * Troubleshoot production or fabric\-related issues and implement corrective actions * Support cost control efforts by optimizing material usage and minimizing waste * Communicate effectively with internal departments to align production goals Required Skills \& Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or related field * 2–4 years of experience in textile or garment production (denim experience preferred) * Strong understanding of fabric construction, dyeing, and finishing processes * Knowledge of denim washing techniques and colorfastness standards * Good organizational and coordination skills * Ability to manage multiple production timelines simultaneously * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or production tracking systems * Strong communication and problem\-solving abilities Preferred Attributes * Experience working in denim manufacturing or garment export companies * Familiarity with sustainable textile practices * Ability to work in a fast\-paced production environment نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
