We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in ELV projects in Qatar to join our team. As the first line of communication with prospects, you will have a solid understanding of the sales process and excel at researching leads, building new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. The ideal candidate is confident in lead generation, CRM, negotiation, sales reporting, market research, and client management. **Key Responsibilities** *Sales \& Business Development* * Generate and qualify leads across consultants, contractors, developers, and end users; build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. * Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets. * Develop and maintain relationships with consultants and main contractors to get products/specifications approved (vendor approvals, spec\-ins). * Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events. *Technical Pre\-Sales \& Design* * Study tender documents, drawings, and specifications; prepare compliant system designs and technical proposals. * Prepare detailed BOQs, technical compliance sheets, costings, and cost sheets. * Conduct site surveys and translate client requirements into solution designs. * Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for product selection, technical clarifications, datasheets, and special pricing. * Deliver product presentations, demos, and proof\-of\-concepts to clients. *Tendering \& Proposals* * Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and commercial offers within deadlines. * Handle technical and commercial queries, clarifications, and negotiations. * Follow up on submitted quotations to closure. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, or related engineering discipline. * 3–5 years of ELV/low\-current sales or pre\-sales experience, preferably in Qatar/GCC. * Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a systems\-integration environment. **Nationality:** Any Nationality **Additional requirement:** Driving license in Qatar Job Type: Full\-time
