Collaborate with the production team on samples and final output CAD Designer / Computerized Embroidery Operator We are looking for a skilled and creative CAD Designer / Computerized Embroidery Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating embroidery designs, preparing files for production, and operating computerized embroidery machines with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: \* Create and edit embroidery designs using CAD embroidery software \* Prepare embroidery files for production and machine operation \* Operate computerized embroidery machines efficiently \* Ensure embroidery quality, thread selection, and design accuracy \* Adjust machine settings, troubleshoot minor machine issues, and monitor production \* Coordinate with the production team regarding samples and final output \* Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of embroidery materials and machines \* Meet production deadlines while maintaining high\-quality standards Requirements: \* Proven experience in computerized embroidery and CAD design \* Knowledge of embroidery software such as Wilcom, Tajima, Pulse, or related programs \* Ability to digitize embroidery designs and prepare machine\-ready files \* Experience in handling embroidery machines and production workflow \* Attention to detail and quality control \* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines \* Knowledge in abaya, jalabiya, gown, or fashion embroidery is an advantage \* Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Skills: \* Creative eye for embroidery patterns and fashion detailing \* Experience in luxury fashion or garment production \* Ability to handle multiple embroidery projects simultaneously Location: Doha, Qatar Employment Type: Full\-time You may also add: Salary: To be discussed during the interview based on experience and skills.
