Support for professional development and CME **We're Hiring \| Consultant Radiologist – Qatar** **Location:** Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced **Consultant Radiologist** to join a leading healthcare provider in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate diagnostic imaging services, interpreting a broad range of imaging studies, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient care. **Key Responsibilities*** Interpret and report a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies, including X\-rays, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Fluoroscopy, and Mammography (where applicable). * Perform image\-guided diagnostic and minimally invasive procedures, where credentialed. * Provide expert clinical consultation to referring physicians regarding imaging findings and appropriate imaging pathways. * Ensure accurate, timely, and high\-quality radiology reports. * Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and contribute to patient management decisions. * Maintain high standards of radiation safety and ensure compliance with quality assurance and infection control protocols. * Supervise and mentor junior radiologists, residents, radiographers, and allied healthcare professionals. * Participate in departmental audits, Continuing Medical Education (CME), research, and quality improvement initiatives. * Maintain accurate medical records and comply with hospital policies, clinical governance, and regulatory standards. **Requirements** **Qualifications \& Requirements*** MBBS/MD or equivalent medical qualification. * Board Certification or equivalent recognized Consultant qualification in **Diagnostic Radiology**. * Fellowship or subspecialty training is an advantage (Musculoskeletal, Neuroradiology, Body Imaging, Breast Imaging, Pediatric Radiology, or Interventional Radiology). * Minimum **5–10 years of post\-specialization experience** at the Consultant level. * Eligibility for or ability to obtain **Qatar medical licensure**. * Expertise in interpreting complex diagnostic imaging across multiple modalities. * Strong communication, analytical, and clinical decision\-making skills. * Commitment to delivering high\-quality, patient\-centered, evidence\-based care. **Preferred Candidate Profile*** **PQR Tier 1 and Tier 2 qualified professionals** will be given preference. * Experience working in internationally accredited hospitals or tertiary healthcare facilities is highly desirable. * Subspecialty expertise in Breast Imaging, Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal Radiology, or Interventional Radiology is an added advantage. **Benefits** **What We Offer*** Competitive **tax\-free salary** and comprehensive benefits package. * Medical insurance. * Annual paid leave and airfare as per company policy. * Professional development and Continuing Medical Education (CME) support. * **Licensing assistance will be provided to eligible candidates.** * Opportunity to work in a technologically advanced healthcare environment with state\-of\-the\-art imaging equipment and a collaborative multidisciplinary team. **Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.**
