All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without discrimination.**Job Purpose** Focus on driving customers by providing premium customer experience and support to ensure a smooth Sales journey.**Principal Accountabilities** * Greet customers warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming showroom environment * Understand customer needs and guide them to the appropriate Sales Executive or respective department * Support CRM activities, Call the customer over the phone or email and maintain records of Sales force Opportunities * Manage front desk operations including calls, emails, and correspondence * Support showroom and outdoor events, campaigns, and promotions * Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience * Track and showroom walk\-in customers and record in digital devise * Collect customer feedback or survey * Encourage customers to download and use Toyota applications **Required Qualifications** * Strong communication skills * Customer oriented * Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office * Diploma in reqiured We are committed to fair and equitable employment practices.
