**Position: Data Entry Operator** **Location: Site Base** **Position Overview** We are seeking a detail\-oriented Data Entry Operator with strong Excel skills to accurately input, maintain, and manage data across company systems. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and proficiency in advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and data validation. **Key Responsibilities** * Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets. * Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) for data validation, cross\-checking, and reporting. * Review data for accuracy, completeness, and inconsistencies. * Perform regular data quality checks and ensure data integrity. * Generate reports and summaries based on management requirements. * Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems. * Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information or clarify discrepancies. * Meet daily/weekly data entry targets and ensure timely completion of tasks. * Follow data confidentiality, accuracy standards, and internal data management procedures. * Support the department with general administrative tasks when needed. **Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/certification in computer applications is an advantage. * Minimum 5 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles. * **Expertise in Microsoft Excel**, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas. * Fast and accurate typing skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data. * Good communication, organizational, and time\-management skills. * Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow data security policies.
