Summary: Seeking a Digital Marketing & IT Specialist to manage digital marketing, social media, customer communications, advertising campaigns, and daily IT requirements. Highlights: 1. Provide basic IT support and manage business systems We are looking for a Digital Marketing \& IT Specialist to manage our digital marketing, social media channels, customer communications, advertising campaigns, and day\-to\-day IT requirements. Key Responsibilities * Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social media accounts. * Respond professionally and quickly to customer inquiries through social media and WhatsApp. * Create, manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. * Follow up on leads, customer inquiries and bookings. * Plan and coordinate social media content, promotions and marketing campaigns. * Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports. * Assist with content creation using Canva, Adobe or similar tools. * Manage company emails, accounts, access permissions and digital platforms. * Provide basic IT support for computers, printers, Wi\-Fi, software and company devices. * Manage and support Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, CRM and other business systems. * Help implement digital automation and improve internal digital processes. * Coordinate with photographers, designers and other suppliers when required. Requirements * Fluent Arabic speaking and strong Arabic understanding is mandatory. * Must be able to communicate professionally with Arabic\-speaking customers. * Good written and spoken English. * Previous experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management. * Hands\-on experience with Meta Ads Manager. * Experience with Google Ads is preferred. * Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok. * Good customer service and communication skills. * Good general IT knowledge and troubleshooting ability. * Experience with Canva or Adobe is preferred. * Experience with CRM, WhatsApp Business and automation tools is an advantage. * Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple responsibilities. Important Candidates should be prepared to provide examples of: * Social media accounts they have managed. * Advertising campaigns they have personally created or managed. * Previous digital marketing results or portfolio.
