Opportunity to work with abayas, jalabiyas, gowns, and formal dresses Handworker / Shaqman (Hand Embroidery Specialist) We are looking for a skilled and experienced Handworker / Shaqman specializing in luxury handwork and embroidery techniques for abayas, jalabiyas, gowns, and dresses. The ideal candidate must have excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and experience in high\-quality fashion handwork. Responsibilities: \* Perform professional hand embroidery and decorative handwork on garments \* Apply beads, stones, sequins, crystals, pearls, lace, and other embellishments by hand \* Execute detailed hand stitching and finishing techniques with precision \* Follow design patterns, samples, and production instructions accurately \* Ensure high\-quality workmanship and neat finishing of garments \* Coordinate with designers, tailors, and production staff \* Repair or adjust handwork when necessary \* Maintain cleanliness and proper care of materials and tools Requirements: \* Proven experience in luxury handwork and embroidery techniques \* Strong skills in beadwork, stonework, sequence work, zari, and other decorative applications \* Experience working with abayas, jalabiyas, gowns, and formal dresses is an advantage \* Good attention to detail and finishing quality \* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines \* Team player with good work attitude and professionalism Preferred Skills: \* Knowledge of modern and traditional hand embroidery styles \* Ability to create clean, elegant, and luxury handwork designs \* Experience in fashion production or boutique industry Location: Doha, Qatar Employment Type: Full\-time Salary: To be discussed during the interview based on experience and skills.
