Monitor staff appearance and attire, and correct any lapses. Perform tasks associated with service opening and closing, including setting up required supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, securing doors, etc. Monitor storage areas, adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out), and cleanliness. Complete scheduled inventory and stock documentation, and order required supplies. Monitor available seating in dining rooms, service delivery, guest safety, and well-being. Submit work orders for maintenance repairs. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, reinforcing disciplinary rules, motivating, and mentoring employees; serve as a role model and reference for Guarantee of Fair Treatment (GFT) / Open Door Policy procedures. Follow and implement all chain-wide safety policies and procedures; report maintenance issues, accident hazards, incidents, or injuries; complete required safety training and obtain necessary certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Respect confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Support all colleagues and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving shared goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
