The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer\-focused attitude, and experience working in a fast\-paced office or hospitality environment in Qatar. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner * Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently * Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area * Coordinate with internal departments and provide basic administrative support * Receive, record, and distribute mail and deliveries * Maintain visitor logs and follow company security procedures * Support day\-to\-day office operations as required **Requirements:** * **Minimum 1–2 years receptionist or front desk experience in Qatar (mandatory)** * Familiar with Qatar workplace culture and professional standards * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) * Good computer skills (MS Office, email, basic systems) * Well\-groomed, presentable, and customer\-oriented * Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure * Valid Qatar ID with transferable sponsorship preferred **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience * Stable work environment * Growth opportunities within the organization Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR1,800\.00 \- QAR2,200\.00 per month Work Location: In person
