**About the Role** We're looking for an experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team, specializing specifically in European work permits and employment\-based visas. You'll guide clients — both individuals and sponsoring employers — through the full work permit process across European jurisdictions, from eligibility assessment through to approval.
**What You'll Do**
* Advise clients on work permit and employment visa options across European countries (e.g., EU Blue Card, national work permit schemes, intra\-company transfer visas)
* Assess client eligibility based on qualifications, job offers, and destination\-country requirements
* Prepare and review work permit applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
* Liaise with employers, clients, and relevant European immigration authorities or embassies/consulates
* Keep up to date with evolving immigration policies and work permit regulations across key European destination countries
* Advise on timelines, potential complications, and realistic outcomes for each case
* Maintain accurate case files and provide clients with regular status updates
* Support with related services such as document attestation, translation, or family/dependent visa applications where relevant
**What We're Looking For**
* Proven experience in immigration consulting, with specific knowledge of European work permit and visa processes
* Strong understanding of at least one or more major European work permit systems (e.g., Germany, Netherlands, Poland, or EU Blue Card framework)
* Excellent attention to detail — immigration casework leaves little room for error
* Strong client communication skills; able to explain complex processes clearly
* Fluent in English; additional European languages or Arabic are a strong plus
* Ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously with accurate tracking
* Relevant certification in immigration law/consulting is a plus, though not always required depending on jurisdiction
