Maintain design quality, consistency, and innovation across every client engagement. **End\-to\-End Project Delivery:** Lead projects from concept development and space planning through design documentation, material selection, construction coordination, and final installation. **Team Leadership:** Mentor Interior Designers, Design Managers, and Visualization Specialists. Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback that elevates project outcomes. **Research \& Design Innovation:** Stay informed about emerging trends, materials, technologies, and sustainability practices to ensure our projects remain innovative and competitive. **Stakeholder Management:** Present design concepts, project strategies, and creative solutions to clients, developers, consultants, and executive leadership. Clearly communicate the value behind every design decision. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **What We Are Looking For?** **Experience:** 8\+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, or related fields, with at least 3\-5 years in a senior leadership or design management role. **Portfolio:** A strong portfolio is non\-negotiable. We want to see completed projects, design processes, and evidence of leadership across residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed\-use developments. **Tooling:** Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and interior design project management tools. **Language Skills:** English is required for client presentations, project coordination, and business communication. Arabic is considered an advantage. **Mindset:** You are creative, strategic, and commercially aware.
