The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between clients, chauffeurs, and dispatch operations, delivering a premium luxury transport experience aligned with the company’s standards. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and manage all limousine bookings, transfers, and chauffeur schedules * Serve as the primary point of contact for client reservations, inquiries, and special requests * Assign trips to chauffeurs efficiently based on availability, location, and service priority * Monitor trip progress in real time and adjust dispatch plans as needed * Ensure all vehicles are properly prepared, clean, and dispatched on time * Handle last\-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent bookings professionally * Maintain clear communication with drivers regarding routes, schedules, and client requirements * Provide VIP\-level customer service and resolve client issues promptly * Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and operational logs * Coordinate with airport staff, hotels, and corporate clients when required * Ensure compliance with company service standards and local transport regulations Requirements * Previous experience in limousine dispatch, transportation coordination, or hospitality operations * Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities under pressure * Proficiency with scheduling/dispatch software or GPS tracking systems * Customer service mindset with attention to detail and professionalism * Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications * Experience in luxury transport, hotel concierge, or airline ground services * Knowledge of Doha roads, landmarks, and Hamad International Airport operations * Strong problem\-solving skills and calm decision\-making in fast\-paced environments What We Offer * Competitive salary package * Opportunity to work in a premium luxury transport environment * Career growth within an expanding limousine service company * Supportive and professional team culture الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
