Participate in pre-sales activities and solution demonstrations Oracle Senior Technical Consultant **Location:** Doha, Qatar About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle Senior Technical Consultant to join our growing Oracle practice. In this role, you will design, develop, and support Oracle Cloud Platform (PaaS) solutions, integrations, analytics, and Fusion customizations for enterprise and government clients across Qatar and the GCC. You will work closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable Oracle Cloud solutions that support digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). * Build web and mobile applications using Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS). * Develop workflows and business process automation using Oracle Process Automation (OPA). * Design and support Oracle Autonomous Database (ADB) solutions. * Develop Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) dashboards, OTBI reports, and BI Publisher reports. * Deliver Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM technical customizations. * Develop and maintain Fast Formula, HDL, and FBDI solutions. * Build and support Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) integrations and chatbot solutions. * Perform data migration, integration testing, and deployment activities. * Prepare technical design documents, integration specifications, and test plans. * Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing. * Participate in pre\-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and effort estimation. Required QualificationsExperience * 10\+ years of Oracle technology development experience. * Minimum 5 years of Oracle Cloud PaaS experience. * Proven experience delivering solutions using: * Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) * Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) * Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) * Oracle Process Automation (OPA) * Oracle Autonomous Database (ADB) * Experience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP and/or HCM Cloud implementations. * Experience in consulting, system integration, or enterprise environments. Technical Skills * Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development and integration architecture. * Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) application development. * Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), OTBI, and BI Publisher reporting. * Oracle Process Automation (OPA) workflow development. * Oracle Autonomous Database (ADB), SQL, and PL/SQL. * Oracle Fusion technical development: * BI Publisher * HDL * FBDI * Fast Formula * Application Composer * Sandbox Configuration * REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, XML, XSLT, and OAuth 2\.0\. * Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) development and integrations. Certifications **Required** * Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration Professional Certification. **Preferred** * Additional Oracle certifications in OIC, OAC, VBCS, ADB, ERP, or HCM Cloud. * Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certifications. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW). * Experience with Oracle APEX development. * Exposure to Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle B2B. * Knowledge of CI/CD practices, Git, and DevOps tools. * Agile/Scrum project delivery experience. * Experience in Government, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Utilities sectors.
