We are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) who will take ownership of product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross\-functional delivery. You are not just managing backlogs—you are shaping product direction, defining user value, and ensuring that engineering, design, and business teams are aligned toward building impactful digital products. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs. End\-to\-End Ownership: Lead the product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through development, launch, and continuous improvement. Cross\-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, UI/UX design, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high\-quality digital products. Requirements \& Backlog Management: Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. User \& Market Research: Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer research to identify opportunities and validate assumptions. Data\-Driven Decisions: Track product performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and optimize features based on insights. Stakeholder Communication: Present product updates, roadmaps, and decisions clearly to technical and non\-technical stakeholders. Go\-to\-Market Support: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption strategies. What We Are Looking For: Experience: 3–6\+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Digital Product roles. Background: Experience working with SaaS, web, or mobile applications in fast\-paced environments. Skills: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, product lifecycle management, and requirement gathering. Communication: Ability to clearly articulate product decisions, trade\-offs, and strategy to diverse stakeholders.
