Professional work environment We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented **Quantity Surveyor (QS)** to join our growing construction team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, contract administration, BOQ preparation, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and specifications. * Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies. * Analyze tender documents and prepare competitive quotations. * Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. * Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports. * Manage variations, claims, and contract administration. * Conduct quantity take\-offs from drawings. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants. * Ensure compliance with Qatar construction standards and regulations. * Assist in project planning and financial forecasting. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. * 3–8 years of experience in construction or fit\-out projects. * Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and contract management. * Experience with AutoCAD, Planswift, CostX, or similar software is an advantage. * Excellent analytical and negotiation skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
