Ensure project completion within budget and contractual requirements. **Job Summary** The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all cost\-related aspects of road, infrastructure, and utility projects. The role involves quantity take\-off, cost estimation, contract administration, measurement of works, preparation of interim payment applications, variation claims, subcontractor management, and cost control to ensure projects are completed within budget and contractual requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare quantity take\-offs from drawings, specifications, and contract documents. * Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications for roads, drainage, sewerage, water networks, utility diversions, and infrastructure works. * Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents. * Measure and value work executed on\-site and prepare monthly progress valuations. * Prepare, submit, and negotiate interim payment applications and final accounts with clients and consultants. * Identify, evaluate, and prepare variation orders, claims, and extension of time (EOT) documentation. * Monitor project costs, expenditures, and cash flow forecasts. * Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements. * Administer subcontract agreements and certify subcontractor payments. * Maintain records of quantities, cost reports, variations, and contractual correspondence. * Assist project teams in cost planning, procurement, and contract management. * Review and verify material quantities and procurement requirements. * Ensure compliance with contract conditions, project specifications, and company procedures. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, planners, and procurement teams to achieve commercial objectives. * Participate in project meetings and provide commercial advice and recommendations. **Requirements \& Qualifications:** * Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 3–4 years of experience in quantity surveying for roads, infrastructure, and utility projects in Qatar * Qatar/GCC experience in infrastructure projects * UPDA/MMUP certification is an advantage.
