Role Overview The **Residential Manager** will be responsible for managing residential facilities, coordinating with tenants, and supervising staff to ensure smooth operations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a customer service mindset. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily operations of residential properties and facilities. * Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests. * Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and security staff. * Ensure compliance with Qatari housing regulations and company policies. * Coordinate leasing activities, renewals, and occupancy management. * Monitor budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts. * Prepare reports and updates for senior management. * Foster a safe, welcoming, and community\-oriented environment. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field. * 4–6 years of experience in residential or property management. * Strong knowledge of housing operations and tenant relations. * Proficiency in MS Office and property management software. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
