If you have a strong background in the construction industry and a passion for business development and operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the company's sales and business development activities. * Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships. * Manage day\-to\-day operations and ensure smooth project execution. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams. * Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals. * Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and profitability. * Achieve monthly sales targets and operational KPIs. * Prepare management reports and support strategic business growth. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. * **Minimum3\-6years of relevant experience in Qatar or the GCC.** * Proven experience in the **Construction Industry**, including one or more of the following: * Carpentry \& Joinery * Steel Fabrication * Fire\-Rated Doors * Wooden Doors \& Furniture * Aluminium \& Glass Works * Interior Fit\-Out * Building Materials * MEP or General Construction * Strong sales, negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. * Ability to manage operations and lead a multidisciplinary team. * Valid Qatar Driving Licence is mandatory. * Transferable Visa with NOC preferred. **What We Offer** ✔ Attractive Salary Package ✔ Performance\-Based Incentives ✔ Career Growth Opportunities ✔ Professional \& Dynamic Work Environment Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR8,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
