With Ahmed Al Maghribi Perfumes, fragrance is an enduring experience. **Role Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and customer\-focused **Sales Associate** to join our team in Doha, with a strong emphasis on **perfume sales and fragrance expertise**. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in the perfume industry and a passion for luxury fragrances. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining elegant product displays, and ensuring a premium shopping experience for every client. In addition to in\-store responsibilities, you will also support our eCommerce operations by assisting with online orders and customer inquiries when needed. **Key Responsibilities** * Greet, assist, and engage customers to deliver outstanding service, especially in guiding them to the right perfumes and fragrances. * Drive sales by understanding customer preferences and recommending the most suitable perfume products. * Explain fragrance notes, product features, and scent profiles to enhance the customer experience. * Process sales transactions accurately, prepare invoices, and handle payment procedures. * Support online sales platforms (Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, Ahmed Perfumes website) by managing customer questions and order fulfillment. * Ensure perfume displays, shelves, and promotional areas are organized, attractive, and well\-stocked. * Maintain strong knowledge of all perfume collections, new arrivals, and promotions. * Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally. * Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly perfume sales targets. * Assist in monitoring stock levels, checking product availability, and coordinating with inventory teams. * Prepare sales and performance reports when required. **Qualifications** * **Proven experience in perfume sales or fragrance retail is mandatory.** * Strong knowledge of perfumes, fragrance notes, and customer scent matching. * Experience in retail or customer service; luxury retail experience is an advantage. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer\-oriented mindset. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Familiarity with POS systems and basic sales reporting tools. * Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms (Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq) is a plus. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. * **Language Skills:** Proficiency in Arabic, English, Malayalam, Urdu, and Hindi is highly preferred.
