Description

Summary: Oversee and manage security projects from initiation to completion, supervise security teams, and develop comprehensive security plans and protocols. Highlights: 1. Lead security projects and manage teams across multiple client sites. 2. Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and protocols. 3. Serve as primary client contact and ensure compliance with regulations. * Plan, coordinate, and oversee security projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. * Manage and supervise security teams deployed across multiple client sites throughout Qatar. * Develop and implement comprehensive security plans, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Conduct regular site assessments, risk evaluations, and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions. * Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction levels. * Coordinate with government authorities, law enforcement, and regulatory bodies as required under Qatar security regulations. * Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and manpower scheduling to optimize operational efficiency. * Prepare and present regular status reports, incident reports, and project updates to senior management. * Ensure compliance with all Qatar legal and regulatory requirements related to security operations. * Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of security personnel to maintain a high\-performance team. * Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and escalations, coordinating the appropriate response.
