Partnering with senior executives, you will champion the adoption of digital platforms, advanced data capabilities, automation, and Artificial Intelligence to unlock new opportunities for innovation and growth. Together, everything is possible ### **Qualification** **Essential** * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 10\+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in large, complex organizations. * Proven experience leading large\-scale digital transformation, innovation, and enterprise technology programs that drive organizational change and business value. * Extensive experience managing enterprise applications, including Oracle ERP (Fusion and related products) and Corporate CRM platforms. * Demonstrated success leading large matrixed technology teams, including software development, architecture, business analysis, product, and engineering functions. * Strong expertise in enterprise integration, cloud technologies, AI, data analytics, and digital solution delivery at scale. * Proven commercial, financial, and stakeholder leadership capabilities, including influencing executive leadership and aligning technology investments with business strategy.
