* 3 years of experience working with IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, and cloud platforms. * Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and IT systems management. * Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper\-V). * Hands\-on experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions. * Understanding of network security principles and implementation (e.g., firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS). * Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Ansible). * Strong problem\-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
