The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company’s IT systems, providing technical support to staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of all hardware and software resources. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide first\-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network\-related issues * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment * Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights * Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks for optimal performance * Assist in the setup and maintenance of servers, email systems, and security protocols * Document issues, solutions, and IT procedures for future reference * Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when necessary * Ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes are in place and functioning **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field * Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role * Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common business applications * Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, firewalls) * Experience with troubleshooting and diagnostic tools * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks * Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A\+, Network\+) are a plus **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with cloud services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) * Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices * Familiarity with help desk systems and ticketing tools **Working Conditions:** * Full\-time position based in Doha * May require occasional after\-hours support or on\-call availability نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
