Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner **IT Support Specialist** **Eficta LLC – Al Rayyan, Qatar** Eficta LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Al Rayyan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day technology operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities * Provide first\- and second\-level technical support to employees (hardware, software, and network issues) * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications * Troubleshoot and resolve IT\-related problems in a timely manner * Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control systems * Assist in system updates, backups, and IT asset management * Document technical procedures, issues, and solutions * Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software support when needed Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field * 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role * Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems * Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP) * Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues * Good communication and problem\-solving skills * Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Skills * Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices * Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) Work Location Al Rayyan, Qatar Al Rayyan نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
