The company’s services include networking, cybersecurity, collaboration, data center solutions, structured cabling, ELV, managed services, and 24×7 support. **Job Purpose** We are looking for **L1 NOC Analysts** to support 24×7 Network Operations Center activities. The role will be responsible for monitoring network alerts, performing first\-level troubleshooting, logging incidents, and escalating issues as per the agreed SLA and SOP guidelines. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor network events through dashboards, alerting tools, and monitoring systems. * Perform first\-level diagnostics for link failures, device unreachability, high utilization alerts, and basic network issues. * Log, update, and track incidents in the ticketing system with accurate timestamps and clear troubleshooting steps. * Follow standard triage scripts and escalate issues to L2 teams based on impact and priority. * Maintain shift logs, handover reports, and documentation as per SOP requirements. * Acknowledge alerts within SLA timelines and begin basic troubleshooting in a timely manner. #### **Minimum Qualifications:** **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, or a related field. * Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in network monitoring or NOC operations. * Good understanding of networking basics, monitoring tools, incident logging, and escalation processes. * Experience with ticketing systems and shift\-based operations will be an advantage. * Certifications such as Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network\+ are preferred. * Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a 24×7 shift environment. **Lead the future.
