**Job Posting Date:** 25 Dec 2025 **Work Location:** QA **Company:** QatarEnergy LNG **Job Purpose** --------------- * Support in\-depth level support to control systems Engineering activities to contribute to department objectives in meeting Company strategy. **Key Job Accountabilities \- I** --------------------------------- * Provide support to control system engineering to contribute to the division strategy and goals. That includes design reviews, studies, failure analysis and advanced troubleshooting. * Implement surveillance and administration programs for critical control systems to achieve high standards of reliability, availability, and cyber security. * Define and document best practices within the area of expertise and recommend performance improvement initiatives. * Manage plans and work schedules to ensure effective completion of tasks and activities are meeting the section and division KPIs. * Provide technical input related to area of expertise to other disciplines and functions as per requirements to support their business objectives. * Control and supervise the activities undertaken by contractors, consultants, and service providers. * Guide less experienced engineers in implementing the company integrity and reliability systems. * Define Competency development plan and mentor National Developees to develop their capabilities and their knowledge. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. **Knowledge and/or Experience \- I** ------------------------------------ * 6 years’ experience in an oil and gas environment. * Experience in control systems such as Foxboro, Emerson, Triconex, CCC, PLCs and applications such as AMS, APC, PI systems, etc. * Knowledge of relevant international standards such as IEC, ANSI/ISA and API RP and their application is necessary.
