Check the quality and quantity of all stock and supplies. Order all supplies. Restock alcoholic beverages bottle by bottle. Communicate the last call at the designated closing time. Prepare guest beverage orders according to specific recipes using measurement systems. Deliver, open, and serve bottles of wine and champagne. Balance the cash register at the end of the shift, complete the designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, submit receipts, and secure the register. Obtain the necessary change for the expected transaction volume and secure the register at all times. Secure liquors, beers, wines, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage areas. Anticipate restocking needs and communicate them immediately. Ensure staff work as a team. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company assets.
