Develop skills in hygiene, sanitation, and equipment handling **Job Purpose** * Prepares and serves products in the Butchery/Fish/Meat section as per standards of display, maintenance, and orderliness. * To provide excellent direct and indirect customer service to customers at the Butchery section **Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge** * HSE grade with an aptitude for the role or SCC with role specific certification with a minimum of 1 year experience in food retail/ F\&B in the role of a butcher * Good communication skills in English language. Basic reading \& writing in English is a must * Arabic knowledge is an advantage **Key Dimensions and Related Job Results** * Achievement of section sales target * Preparation of standard sized portions and cuts: trim, debone, ties, roast, mince marinate. Prepare meat products such as sausage, pies \& burgers * Provide direct and indirect customer service to customers * Monitors stock level, ordering, receiving of stock, wastage, and shrinkage * Hygiene \& Sanitation and good preparation practices * Proper handling of tools and equipment * Any other store activity as assigned by the supervisor **Key Competencies** * Customer Orientation * Communication * Able to Follow Instructions * Multitasking * Organized * Dexterity and Precision NB.: Overtime \+ Transportation \+ Yearly vacation with Air Tickets \+ Medical coverage with private clinic \+ Health Card will be provided.
