Summary: This role involves comprehensive inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of various diesel generator sets, ensuring reliable operation. Highlights: 1. Perform preventive maintenance and commissioning for new generator sets **Job Title: Generator Technician** **Location:** Qatar **Job Responsibilities:** * Conduct site visits for complete inspection and checking of diesel generator sets of various capacities and brands * Install and replace spare parts and perform simulation/final testing * Diagnose and troubleshoot generator\-related issues efficiently * Follow technical report procedures for AMC contracts and checklist reports * Execute rental and periodic preventive maintenance plans for diesel generators * Carry out preventive maintenance services for client units including Perkins, Cummins, CAT, MTU, and other generator brands * Perform testing and commissioning for new diesel generator sets * Ensure proper documentation and reporting of maintenance activities * Coordinate effectively with the technical team and supervisors **Requirements:** * Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of diesel generators * Knowledge of generator brands such as Perkins, Cummins, CAT, MTU, etc. * Good communication skills in English (reading and writing) * Strong teamwork and coordination skills * Ability to work independently and handle site assignments efficiently * Technical qualification or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical field preferred Pay: QAR2,500\.00 \- QAR3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
