Our Guest Arrival Experts proactively deliver a wide range of services to guide guests during arrival and departure. They are capable of performing necessary tasks and moving about their environment. Whether performing operational tasks, responding to guest requests, generating reports, or sharing local points of interest, the Guest Arrival Expert ensures every transaction is integral to the guest experience. Guest Arrival Experts will stand and move about (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and adopt a hands-on approach to their work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 23 kg unassisted and over 34 kg with assistance). Performing these tasks (and other routine duties as required) effectively is essential for Guest Arrival Experts to consistently deliver exceptional guest service and positively contribute to the company’s business.
