They ensure production targets are met while following company procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery according to standard operating procedures. * Set up, monitor, and adjust machines to maintain efficient production. * Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications. * Identify and report equipment malfunctions, defects, or production issues. * Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machinery. * Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets. * Accurately record production data, machine readings, and quality checks. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Work collaboratively with supervisors, maintenance technicians, and quality control teams to improve production efficiency. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is an advantage. * Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not always required. * Ability to operate machinery and use basic hand tools. * Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Basic mathematical and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. * Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks. * Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, overtime, or night shifts when required.
