This role involves monitoring production lines, assembling products, inspecting finished goods, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are met. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures. * Assemble, package, label, or inspect products to meet quality specifications. * Monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs. * Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance. * Conduct quality checks to identify defects and ensure compliance with company standards. * Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation. * Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times. * Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards. * Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production goals. * Assist with inventory handling, material loading, and unloading as required. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or factory work is preferred but not always required. * Ability to operate machinery safely after training. * Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products. * Basic mathematical and communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and meet production deadlines. * Willingness to work shifts, weekends, overtime, or rotating schedules if required. * Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks.
