Supervise riggers and coordinate with site teams **Job Title: Rigging Supervisor / Lifting Supervisor** We are urgently hiring experienced **Rigging Supervisors / Lifting Supervisors** for ongoing industrial and oil \& gas projects. Requirements: * Minimum 5\+ years of experience in rigging and lifting operations * Experience in oil \& gas, refinery, petrochemical, or industrial projects * Strong knowledge of lifting plans, rigging procedures, and safety standards * Experience handling cranes, heavy lifting, and critical lifting activities * Valid rigging/lifting certification preferred * Ability to supervise riggers and coordinate with site teams * Good communication and leadership skills Preferred Experience: * Rotating and stationary equipment lifting activities * Shutdown/turnaround project experience is an advantage * GCC experience preferred Responsibilities: * Supervise all rigging and lifting activities on site * Ensure safe execution of lifting operations * Coordinate with crane operators, engineers, and safety teams * Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with HSE standards * Inspect lifting tools, tackles, and equipment before operations Pay: QAR3,500\.00 \- QAR7,000\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
