Summary: This role involves comprehensive financial and contractual management, including advising on contractual matters, preparing financial statements, auditing payments, and monitoring project costs. Highlights: 1. Manage contractual matters and financial issues 2. Prepare financial statements and monitor project costs 3. Negotiate and prepare claim settlements Advice on contractual matters related to financial issues. · Ensure completeness and validity of all contractual requirements. · Advise on contractor’s resource allocation. · Prepare financial statements for monthly report. · Audit payments to Contractors. · Check and record measurements of completed work. · Monitor contracts final cost estimates. · Maintain expenditure records. · Review, negotiate and prepare claim settlements with the Contract’s Department of Client and the Engineer (PMC). · Coordinate and monitor activities of the Commercial team. · Prepare Final Account with all supporting documentatio Job Type: Permanent Application Question(s): * Must be advanced in Excel Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Quantity Surveyor : 5 years (Preferred)
