Resolve technical issues and ensure regulatory compliance WE ARE HIRING Quantity Surveyor\- Site Engineer Arabic REQUIREMENT **Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying** Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction projects **Must be locally available in Qatar** Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost control **Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity take\-off software** Good communication and negotiation skills Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Preferred Qualifications **Experience in fit\-out or infrastructure projects is an advantage** With valid QID and can join immediately **Valid Qatar Driving License is a plus** Employment Type: Full\-time **Proficiency in Arabic is an Advantage** Responsibilities **Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bill of quantities (BOQ)** Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget **Evaluate contractor quotations and prepare comparison reports** Manage variations, claims, and contract administration **Conduct site visits and progress evaluations** Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules. Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout project execution. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Resolve technical issues encountered on site and provide practical engineering solutions. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Coordinate material deliveries and manpower requirements. Attend site meetings and represent the company professionally.
