This role is central to our digital transformation, ensuring that our supply chain, inventory, and point\-of\-sale (POS) systems are fully integrated and operating at peak efficiency to serve our growing customer base. **Key Responsibilities** * **System Administration:** Manage and configure ERP modules (SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo) tailored for high\-volume retail. * **Process Optimization:** Analyze warehouse and floor operations to automate inventory replenishment and reduce shrinkage. * **Data Integrity:** Perform regular audits of SQL databases to ensure accurate pricing, stock levels, and financial reporting across all departments. * **Technical Support:** Provide L2/L3 support for POS hardware/software and troubleshoot integration issues with third\-party logistics providers. * **Reporting:** Develop custom BI dashboards to provide the management team with real\-time sales and performance analytics. **Candidate Requirements** * **Experience:** 4\+ years in ERP implementation or systems analysis within the Retail or FMCG sector. * **Technical Skills:** Strong proficiency in SQL Server, Crystal Reports, and API integrations. * **Knowledge:** Understanding of Qatari VAT regulations and retail compliance standards. * **Communication:** Professional English is essential; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is a functional plus in the Al Wakrah retail environment. نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل الراتب المدفوع: QAR١٦٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر
