Build positive relationships with clients and gym members Fitness Instructor Duties and ResponsibilitiesGeneral Responsibilities * Plan and lead individual and group fitness sessions. * Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and equipment usage. * Monitor participants during workouts to ensure safety and correct form. * Design workout programs based on clients’ fitness levels and goals. * Motivate and encourage clients to achieve their fitness objectives. * Provide guidance on healthy lifestyle habits, nutrition, and wellness. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness area and equipment. * Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress. * Respond appropriately to emergencies or injuries during sessions. * Stay updated on fitness trends, exercise science, and safety practices. Client Support Duties * Build positive relationships with clients and gym members. * Answer questions related to fitness routines and exercise methods. * Adapt exercises for beginners, seniors, or clients with special needs. * Offer one\-on\-one coaching and personalized training advice. * Help clients set realistic fitness goals and milestones. Administrative Duties * Schedule and manage training appointments or classes. * Maintain attendance and client progress records. * Ensure gym policies and safety regulations are followed. * Report damaged equipment or maintenance issues. * Assist in promoting fitness programs and gym memberships.
