Our Lusail branch is focused on delivering innovative, secure, and scalable POS systems tailored to retail, hospitality, and service industries. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled **POS Software Developer** to design, develop, and maintain POS applications and integrations. This role requires strong programming expertise, knowledge of payment systems, and the ability to deliver reliable, user\-friendly solutions that meet the needs of diverse businesses. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain POS software applications and modules. * Integrate POS systems with payment gateways, inventory management, and CRM platforms. * Collaborate with product managers and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Ensure compliance with data security and payment industry standards (PCI DSS). * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in live POS environments. * Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and usability. * Document processes and provide training/support to end\-users. * Stay updated on emerging POS technologies and recommend innovative solutions. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in software development, preferably in POS or payment systems. * Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java, C\#, Python, or JavaScript). * Experience with POS frameworks, APIs, and payment gateway integrations. * Familiarity with cloud platforms and database management. * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. * Ability to thrive in fast\-paced, project\-driven environments. * Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
