Description

**Job Summary** The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers at our financial company. This role is responsible for creating a professional and welcoming environment while providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, courteous, detail\-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion. Key Responsibilities * Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner * Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly * Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings * Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services * Maintain the reception area to ensure a neat and professional appearance * Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation * Assist with client onboarding paperwork and basic information requests * Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations * Maintain confidentiality of client and company information at all times Qualifications \& Skills * High school diploma or equivalent (additional administrative training is a plus) * Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Professional appearance and customer\-service\-oriented attitude * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Strong organizational and time\-management skills * Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast\-paced environment * Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Preferred Attributes * Experience in a financial, legal, or professional services environment * Familiarity with office phone systems and scheduling software * Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential information Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR5,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Can you join Immediately? * Do you accept the salary bracket provided (5,000 QAR \- 5,00 QAR)?
