Develop basic latte art skills for brand presentation **Job Title:** Barista – Coffee \& Beverages **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-time **Experience Level:** Entry to Mid\-Level **What You’ll Do (Coffee \& Beverages Focus)** * Prepare all hot and cold beverages – Espresso, latte, cappuccino, Americano, mocha, iced coffees, and teas according to Dip n Dip recipes. * Operate and maintain coffee equipment – Espresso machine, grinder, blender, and water filtration system. * Perform basic latte art – Hearts, rosettas, or tulips as expected for brand presentation. * Ensure drink consistency – Correct shot timing, milk temperature, syrup portions, and glassware. * Handle beverage inventory – Stock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and cups; apply FIFO (First Expiry, First Out). * Keep workstation clean – Follow daily cleaning checklists for coffee machine, counters, and storage areas. * Support front\-of\-house – Greet guests, take orders, explain beverage options, and handle basic cashier duties. * Assist with light dessert assembly – Pour chocolate sauces or add toppings to drinks when needed (no crepe or fountain operation required). ***What We’re Looking For*** **Requirement Details:** * Experience 1–2 years as a barista in a café, coffee shop, or restaurant * Coffee skills Confident using commercial espresso machines and grinders * Latte art Basic to intermediate (preferred but not mandatory) * Language English (required) * Availability Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and closing shifts * Soft skills Friendly, fast, clean, and team\-oriented **What We Offer** * Salary: QAR 3,500 per month \- Full Package * Medical insurance: As per Qatar Labor Law **How to Apply** * Send your CV to: hr@qatar.dipndip.com * Subject line: Barista (Coffee \& Beverages) * Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
