Operate broadcast censorship systems like EVS, Air Edit, Etere CensorMX Broadcast Content Censorship Operator **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Broadcast Content Censorship Operator** to join a 24x7 television broadcast operations team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring live television channels and performing real\-time content censorship to ensure compliance with broadcasting standards and content guidelines while maintaining uninterrupted broadcast continuity. Key Responsibilities * Monitor assigned live television channels in real time. * Identify inappropriate, offensive, or restricted content during live broadcasts. * Perform real\-time censorship actions, including: * Audio muting * Audio bleeping * Video blackout * Pixelation/blur * Video and audio substitution * Clip insertion and replacement * Operate broadcast censorship systems such as **EVS, Air Edit, Etere CensorMX**, or equivalent. * Ensure seamless broadcast continuity while maintaining program timing. * Record and document censorship actions, operational incidents, and daily reports. * Follow broadcast compliance policies and content guidelines. * Work effectively in a fast\-paced, time\-critical 24x7 broadcast environment. Required Qualifications * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Technology, Media, Electronics, Communications, or a related field. * Minimum **3 years of experience** in Broadcast Operations, TV Platform Operations, or Linear TV Channel Monitoring. * Hands\-on experience with live broadcast censorship systems. * Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. * Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
