Our warehouse plays an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly, from receiving and storing products to inventory control and order fulfillment. We value teamwork, accuracy, accountability, and a hands\-on approach to maintaining efficient warehouse and stock operations. **Role Description** We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator – Inventory \& Stock Control to support the day\-to\-day operation of our warehouse in Doha, Qatar. This is a full\-time, on\-site role with a strong focus on inventory accuracy, stock monitoring, documentation, and warehouse administration. **Key responsibilities include:** * Maintain accurate inventory records for all incoming, outgoing, transferred, returned, and damaged stocks. * Monitor daily stock movements and ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the system. * Conduct regular physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations. * Investigate and report inventory discrepancies between physical stock and system records. * Maintain updated inventory trackers and prepare regular stock reports for management. * Monitor stock levels and highlight low stock, excess stock, ageing stock, near\-expiry products, and slow\-moving items. * Support proper FIFO/FEFO stock rotation, particularly for products with expiry dates. * Check received goods against purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and warehouse documents. * Coordinate closely with warehouse staff, sales, supply chain, finance, and other departments regarding stock availability and movements. * Maintain proper documentation for stock transfers, returns, RTVs, damages, and adjustments. * Support order preparation and ensure quantities picked and dispatched match approved documents. * Assist in warehouse audits and periodic full inventory counts. * Follow up and resolve stock\-related issues in a timely manner. * Ensure warehouse records and files are properly organized and easily traceable. * Support a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment and ensure company procedures are followed. **Qualifications:** * Strong experience in inventory control, stock control, and warehouse administration. * Good understanding of physical inventory counts, stock reconciliation, stock movements, and inventory adjustments. * Experience managing incoming, outgoing, transferred, returned, damaged, and ageing stock. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling quantities, SKU codes, barcodes, batch numbers, and expiry dates. * Good Excel skills, including maintaining inventory trackers and preparing stock reports. * Experience using ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems is an advantage. * Strong organizational and time\-management skills. * Able to investigate discrepancies and follow through until issues are resolved. * Good communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with warehouse, sales, supply chain, finance, suppliers, and other departments. * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, hands\-on warehouse environment. * Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory, or supply chain is preferred.
