Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Discipline Engineer – Electrical to design, specify, and engineer electrical systems for oil & gas projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams Location: Dring Road, Doha, Qatar Salary: QAR 7,000 Full Package (All Inclusive) Employment Type: Full\-Time Contract Working Days: Sunday to Thursday Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and motivated **Discipline Engineer – Electrical** to join our engineering team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, specification, and engineering of electrical systems and equipment for oil \& gas projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Key Responsibilities * Prepare electrical engineering deliverables including: * Cable layouts * Earthing systems * Lighting layouts * Equipment layouts and specifications * Perform electrical calculations and design using software such as **ETAP** and **Dialux** * Review and validate engineering drawings and technical documents * Analyze and apply engineering codes, standards, and specifications * Evaluate vendor quotations and recommend suitable technical solutions * Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams * Participate in project meetings, technical reviews, and safety reviews * Support scheduling, budgeting, and management of engineering deliverables * Supervise and guide junior engineers and design personnel as required RequirementsQualifications * Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university Experience * Minimum **5–6 years of experience** in an engineering consultancy or EPC company within the **Oil \& Gas industry** * Site construction and commissioning experience is an advantage Skills * Strong knowledge of electrical engineering design and industry standards * Experience with electrical engineering software and design tools * Good communication and coordination skills * Ability to work independently and within a team environment HSE \& Quality Candidates must comply with company Health, Safety \& Environment (HSE) standards and maintain quality requirements in all engineering activities. ***THOSE WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY SHOULD APPLY.
