The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, monitor performance metrics, and ensure customer satisfaction through high\-standard delivery of products and services. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating schedules, maintaining inventory, optimizing operational processes, analyzing data to improve efficiency, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
