Opportunity to create custom designs reflecting brand standards. Flori Mart is looking for a creative and experienced **Florist / Floral Designer** to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience in creating elegant floral arrangements, bouquets, and customized designs for gifts, special occasions, events, and corporate clients. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for color, composition, presentation, and detail, with the ability to create modern and premium floral designs that reflect Flori Mart’s brand standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Create professional bouquets and fresh flower arrangements in different styles and sizes. * Design premium floral arrangements for gifts, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate orders, events, and special occasions. * Create arrangements using vases, boxes, baskets, and other floral containers. * Prepare customized floral designs according to customer requirements and reference images. * Select, condition, cut, arrange, and properly care for fresh flowers and greenery. * Maintain flower freshness, quality, cleanliness, and proper storage. * Monitor floral stock and minimize flower waste. * Prepare orders accurately and efficiently, especially during busy periods and seasonal occasions. * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional floral work area. * Work closely with the team to ensure every order meets Flori Mart’s quality and presentation standards. **Requirements:** * Proven professional experience as a **Florist or Floral Designer**. * Strong practical skills in **bouquet making and floral arrangement**. * Good knowledge of fresh flowers, greenery, flower care, conditioning, and handling. * Strong sense of color coordination, composition, and contemporary floral design. * Ability to reproduce designs accurately from photos or customer references. * Creative, detail\-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure. * Ability to handle multiple orders while maintaining consistent quality. * Experience with premium flower shops, gifting brands, weddings, events, or corporate floral arrangements is an advantage. * Previous experience in **Qatar or the GCC is preferred**. * Candidates should be currently available in Qatar or able to join according to the company’s hiring requirements.
